Flexibility regarding working hours. 1. Input/tabulate process indicator data; 2. Support the organization/execution of the Organizational Climate Survey; 3. Support and implement HR motivational initiatives and professional recognition programs; 4. Contact departments to coordinate technical visits at OSID units; 5. Support the organization/execution of Professional Performance Evaluations; 6. Support the creation, revision, and monitoring of OSID positions and functions, aligned with SESMT and the Personnel Department, to meet eSocial requirements; 7. Support and strengthen Organizational Culture through targeted actions; 8. Carry out strategic-level activities; 9. Assist with logistics and support the delivery of courses and training sessions, providing or preparing teaching resources, materials, and equipment; 10.
