As a Technical Support Intern, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Operate management platforms; * Provide inbound customer support (via our chat and call centers); * Meet customer service metrics; * Respond to and send e\-mails; * Work with Excel spreadsheets; * Contact telecom operators; * Train customers on how to use our products; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently enrolled in High School (Night Shift) **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of Excel. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **WEEKLY WORK HOURS:** 30 hours per week – 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday).
