More than that, we are **building a high-performance team**, composed of individuals who share the same values and ambitious goals. ***Responsibilities:*** The Sales Enablement professional will serve as the central point of contact between SLG and our clients, leading follow-up meetings, ensuring execution of action plans, and supporting implementation of strategies aimed at transforming the client’s commercial operations into a benchmark for success. Additionally, they will deliver supporting materials and conduct training on the commercial process. ***Key Activities:*** * Conduct commercial operations diagnostics, suggesting improvements and new processes. * Lead weekly meetings with clients, ensuring execution of action plans. * Deliver ongoing training on sales techniques to SLG clients’ commercial teams. * Develop support materials for commercial teams, such as sales playbooks, prospecting cadences, and objection-handling frameworks. * Guide clients in budgeting for and selecting CRM, messaging, and VOIP tools. * Support implementation of CRM tools including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others. * Ensure clients’ commercial teams align with best-in-class sales practices. * Monitor the evolution of clients’ sales team KPIs and provide strategic reports. * Support recruitment and training of new sales teams, when required. * Actively participate in the company’s internal management rituals. Requirements: ***Mandatory Requirements:*** * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in sales processes, marketing strategies, and automation. * Knowledge of CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others) and conversational marketing platforms. * Prior experience developing sales playbooks and commercial scripts. * Familiarity with task-organization tools such as ClickUp, Notion, and Trello. * Ability to diagnose commercial operations and manage performance indicators (KPIs). * Ability to train commercial teams. * Experience in Sales Enablement—sales enablement/capability development. * Strong communication, organization, and ability to lead meetings and training sessions. * Capacity to work independently and collaborate across diverse teams. ***Desired Qualifications:*** * Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in commercial consulting or commercial management roles. * Knowledge or experience in Sales Ops (Sales Operations). * Experience participating in selection processes for commercial hires.
