Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas of condominiums, including swimming pool maintenance and environment organization. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and swimming pool 2. Maintaining organization and good condition of environments 3. Reporting maintenance needs and irregularities **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean and maintain condominium common areas (lobby, corridors, staircases, party hall, gym, front desk, garage, etc.); * Clean and maintain the swimming pool, ensuring proper water treatment and proper functioning of equipment; * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies; * Collect and properly dispose of waste; * Wash floors, windows, walls, and other surfaces according to schedule; * Ensure organization and good condition of environments and cleaning equipment; * Report any observed maintenance needs or irregularities to the supervisor; * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Organization, proactivity, and responsibility. * Availability for 12x36 shift schedule\.
