Supporting store routines and ensuring a positive customer experience **General Job Description:** Details about the Cashier Operator position The Cashier Operator is responsible for delivering agile, courteous, and efficient customer service, performing cash register opening and closing, and ensuring accurate completion of sales transactions. The role directly handles payment reception and supports daily store operations, contributing to a positive customer experience and smooth pharmacy operations. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Receive payments via credit/debit card, cash, health insurance plans, PIX, and other available payment methods; * Accurately scan products, verify amounts, and issue fiscal receipts/invoices; * Conclude customer interactions clearly and courteously; * Perform daily cash register opening and closing, ensuring accurate reconciliation of funds; * Provide friendly, attentive, and prompt customer service; * Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness of the cashier area and store when necessary; * Support other pharmacy departments as requested to ensure smooth internal operations; * Adhere to internal policies, security protocols, and company operational procedures. Salary: BRL 1\.796,13 per month, plus cash handling allowance and attendance bonus; In addition to the bonus, you can increase your earnings through vitamin sales and other promotional campaigns.
