Job Summary: Responsible for roof and side-wall enclosure and maintenance of rooms and warehouses, including assembly and repair of metal structures, gutters and flashing, operation of equipment, and site housekeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and disassembly of roof metal structures 2. Repairs to metal structures and roofing tiles; fabrication of gutters and flashing 3. Operation of aerial work platforms and site housekeeping Responsible for roof and side-wall enclosure and maintenance of rooms and warehouses with roofing tiles. * Assemble and disassemble metal structures related to roofs and side-wall enclosures; * Perform repairs to metal structures and roofing tile areas; * Fabricate and repair gutters, flashing, exhaust ducts, and drip edges; * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding; * Operate PTA (aerial work platform) equipment; * Request necessary maintenance materials from the supervisor, in accordance with scheduled planning or operational needs; * Knowledge of safety regulations for working at heights; * Maintain order, cleanliness, and preservation of the worksite, equipment, and materials under one’s responsibility; * Perform related tasks as required by operational demands; **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education **BENEFITS:** * Medical assistance – Unimed, fully covered by the company (100%) for the employee * Dental plan * Fuel allowance R$400.00 – 1% deduction; * Transportation voucher * Shuttle service (Paulínia or Cosmópolis) * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance R$400.00; * On-site meals; * Total Pass. **ABOUT OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:** Our selection process begins with your application and may include specific tests depending on the position.
