Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.**This role in summary** ------------------------ We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager to lead our security operations and protect our digital assets. You will be responsible for designing and implementing security strategies, managing a team of security professionals, and ensuring our infrastructure complies with modern regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can translate complex technical risks into clear business impacts. In this role, you will lead the Cyber Security organization responsible for shaping the security landscape across Latin America. You will enable secure, scalable, and cloud\-driven platforms that support business strategy, accelerate digital transformation, and drive modernization across enterprise systems — including AWS, GCP, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Salesforce and integration platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of IAM, Governance and Compliance, Cyber Architect,Vulnerability Management to define best practices for enterprise security standards, support IT architectures, improve cyber practices, and implement cyber capabilities that enable business to continuous delivery. **Your responsibilities will include** -------------------------------------- **Leadership \& Strategy:** Develop and oversee the organization's **cybersecurity roadmap** and strategy. Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001\). Manage the cybersecurity **budget**, including vendor selection and tool procurement. Report regularly to senior leadership on security posture, risk exposure, and incident metrics. **Security Operations:** Support the Incident Response (IR) team during breaches or high\-priority threats. Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and red\-team exercises. Stay updated on the latest threat landscape, including AI\-driven attacks and Zero\-Day vulnerabilities. **Risk \& Compliance Mgmt:** Perform regular risk assessments to identify and prioritize security gaps. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g.,LGPD, SOX audit, or PCI DSS). Oversee third\-party risk management for vendors and external partners. **Minimum requirements** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Information/Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. * 5\+ years of experience in Cyber Security leadership roles. * Hands\-on experience in cyber security for solutions on AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms. * Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms and processing environments.
