Apply today and begin your journey to success with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Keep the store always clean, organized, and in good condition for customers and staff. * Sweep and mop the entire internal store area, including the warehouse. * Sweep the sidewalk in front of the store entrance to maintain appropriate external presentation. * Clean display cases, shop windows, doors, tables, counters, and other glass or display surfaces. * Collect and dispose of trash from all store areas appropriately and hygienically. * Clean restrooms and the kitchen, maintaining sanitary conditions. * Prepare coffee in the early morning and afternoon, according to scheduled times. * Check and replenish disposable cups and paper towels at usage points (kitchen, restrooms, and common areas). * Clean grates and inspect water outlets, performing minor preventive actions to avoid clogs. * Support other departmental tasks as needed or per leadership guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; prior experience in cleaning and maintenance (commercial, corporate, or residential). * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance (commercial, corporate, or residential). * Basic knowledge of hygiene, organization, and handling of cleaning products; physical ability to perform tasks requiring effort (e.g., sweeping, squatting, lifting light weights); punctuality, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** Some benefits of joining our team: * Health and dental insurance: available from day one; * Meal allowance card; * Life insurance: fully covered by us; * Free online medical and mental health support; * Annual Bonus (starting after two full years with the company); * Scholarship Program for your professional development.
