Culture agent in complex operational environments Act as a strategic partner to the Operations Director, ensuring that people management, performance, organizational structure, and culture strategies are fully aligned with business objectives, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency, sustainable growth, and high performance of leadership and operational teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as an internal consultant to the Operations Director and their direct leadership, supporting strategic decisions related to people, structure, and organizational capability. * Translate operational strategic objectives into people plans, including team sizing, succession planning, development, and engagement. * Actively participate in the Operations area’s strategic planning, contributing organizational and talent impact analyses. * Support and challenge leaders in building high-performance teams focused on results, efficiency, safety, and quality. * Lead processes for identifying, developing, and retaining critical operational talents. * Design and monitor succession plans for key operational positions. * Implement and monitor the performance management cycle, ensuring alignment between operational and behavioral goals. * Act as a culture agent, promoting behaviors aligned with company values—especially in large-scale operational environments. * Monitor organizational climate, turnover, absenteeism, and engagement indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support the design and maintenance of the Operations area’s job and compensation structure, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. * Collaborate with the Compensation area to define short- and long-term incentive policies aligned with operational performance. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, and collective bargaining agreements—particularly relevant in the distribution and logistics sector. * Support organizational transformation projects, automation initiatives, expansion of distribution centers, and operational model changes. * Act as a change management facilitator, ensuring clear communication, leadership engagement, and mitigation of human-related risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Strategy, or Business (preferred). * Experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably supporting Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial areas. * Experience in large organizations with complex operational environments and high geographical reach. **Additional Information** **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:18, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or food voucher of BRL 57.00 per working day; * Social Card Vida (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
