




### **Lead the AI Corporate Education Revolution in Brazil** You will be the architect of Tera’s growth for Enterprises. If you’ve already proven you can build and scale B2B enterprise operations—and want to make your mark at one of Latin America’s most innovative edtechs—this is your opportunity. ### ### **The Challenge** * Build Tera’s enterprise sales engine from scratch, serving Brazil’s and LATAM’s largest companies. * Be a player-coach: close strategic deals while building and leading the team. * Define the consultative sales playbook for AI and Product corporate education. * Penetrate and expand across Brazil’s largest corporations (banks, retail, industry). * Transform Tera from a course provider into a strategic transformation partner. ### **What You’ll Do** * Lead an 8-person team spanning AEs, SDRs, Marketing, and RevOps. * Own the full P&L of the B2B business unit. * Create and execute go-to-market strategies for different segments and personas. * Develop C-level relationships with CTOs, CPOs, and CHROs at top-tier enterprises. * Implement RevOps processes, forecasting, and pipeline management. * Represent Tera at strategic events such as CONARH, Web Summit Rio, and Febraban Tech. ### **Who We’re Looking For** * 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years leading sales teams. * Proven track record in enterprise sales with deal sizes exceeding R$ 100k. * Experience in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS, or consulting (strong plus). * Ability to operate simultaneously as closer and coach. * Fluency in SaaS metrics: ARR, pipeline coverage, win rate, CAC, LTV. * Skill in crafting narratives that connect education to business outcomes. * Founder mindset: ownership, resilience, and hunger to build. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation: base salary + aggressive performance-linked variable pay. * Equity / participation in the company’s upside. * Autonomy to build the operation your way. * Direct access to the CEO and involvement in strategic decisions. * Budget for events, tools, and hiring. * Opportunity to lead expansion into other LATAM markets. * Hybrid work model | Availability required for events, meetings, and relationship-building. * Benefits Package: * Meal/voucher allowance * Internet allowance * ️ Remote work infrastructure reimbursement * SulAmérica health and dental insurance * ZenKlub: Mental health platform with free sessions * Access to our Educational Platform * Wellhub * Birthday day off * Extended maternity and paternity leave ### **Why Tera?** Tera is Latin America’s largest school for Product and AI.
