Ensure compliance with accounting standards Position: Senior Finance Supervisor Benefits: Meal allowance | Transportation voucher | Wellhub | Telemedicine | Day Off ⸻ Education Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering (Production, Data, or Civil); * Or a bachelor's degree combined with an MBA in Finance or Controllership. ⸻ Experience * Minimum of 4 years in finance, with leadership or supervisory experience. ⸻ Main Responsibilities * Supervise financial routines: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury; * Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure financial health; * Prepare and monitor management reports and financial KPIs; * Support financial planning and budgeting; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement; * Interface with accounting departments, auditors, and financial institutions; * Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team. ⸻ Technical Knowledge * Proficiency in financial routines and reconciliations; * Solid knowledge of financial indicators; * Advanced Excel. ⸻ Preferred Qualifications * Experience in financial planning; * Experience in medium- or large-sized companies; * Knowledge of controller functions and cost analysis.
