Good communication and responsibility regarding deadlines **JOB OPENING – LEGALIZATION ASSISTANT FOR LAW FIRM** * Location: Rua dos Timbiras, 2072 \- Lourdes, Belo Horizonte \- MG (On-site) * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$2\.500,00 * Meal allowance: R$25.00 per day * Approximate monthly average: R$550.00 (based on 22 working days) * Transportation allowance: based on commuting distance **Main Responsibilities** * Company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution * Filing and monitoring procedures with the Board of Trade and other regulatory agencies * Trademark registration and process monitoring at the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) * Organization and verification of corporate documentation * Deadline tracking and administrative process progress management **Requirements** * Proven experience in company registration * Experience in trademark and patent registration * Organization and attention to detail * Good communication and responsibility regarding deadlines * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: * Telecommunications Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * High School (Secondary Education) * Accounting, Bachelor's Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Telecommunications Systems, Bachelor's Degree * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
