Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Quality Analyst to work on continuous improvement, conducting audits, training, and quality management of products and processes. Delivering training and supplier qualification Junior Quality Analyst We seek a professional to work in the quality area, with a proactive, organized profile and strong focus on continuous improvement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Performing and monitoring tasks with employees based on standard quality procedures and their respective spreadsheets and checklists; * Conducting internal and external audits to comply with the quality policy and applicable standards; * Delivering onboarding and refresher training on topics related to the quality area; * Quality testing of products under development and/or already available in the market; * Managing temperature verification of products, ensuring compliance with required standards; * Daily store inspections to ensure adherence to required standards; * Internal and external audits * Supplier qualification * R\&D product development * Monitoring goods receipt processes and related quality assurance topics; **Requirements:** Proven experience in the food industry. Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and ease in delivering training. Willingness to travel between units.
