Job Summary: A professional to contribute to the prevention of operational risks, supervising risk management plans and supporting teams to avoid losses. Key Highlights: 1. Operational risk prevention and management plan supervision 2. Fleet monitoring and vehicle tracking 3. Compliance with internal standards and quality certifications Support risk prevention initiatives across company operations, supervise adherence to the risk management plan, coordinate with teams, verify documents, service providers' work, vehicles, and cargo—thereby minimizing potential losses to the company. Also assist in investigations related to asset security, ensuring compliance with internal standards. \- Launch tracking systems to identify vehicle locations;\- Monitor fleet positioning, checking for alerts indicating issues or signal loss;\- Report possible signal loss issues to the tracking service provider;\- Conduct sensor tests on fleet vehicles and associated devices when system alerts indicate problems;\- Request maintenance for fleet sensors to improve alert and signal control, updating the control spreadsheet accordingly;\- Receive requests for cargo disengagement and verify authorization;\- Request the tracking service provider to issue the cargo disengagement command;\- Register fleets in the tracking provider's system. \- Verify invoices paid to the tracking provider for tracking and new equipment costs, and perform appropriate cost allocations among branches;\- Track fleet non-conformities and take necessary follow-up actions; \- Maintain driver shift logs (dispersion), entering data into the system; \- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and Conduct, and operate strictly within the most rigorous Compliance boundaries, in full accordance with all applicable laws, regulatory norms, and internal policies; \- Commitment to meeting requirements of relevant quality and environmental certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SASSMAQ.
