Supporting the technical and behavioral development of the team We currently have an opening for the position of Training Multiplier at our Elói Mendes unit. This role is strategic for team development, responsible for supporting employee training, capacity building, and follow-up, ensuring process standardization and performance enhancement. **Requirements** * Prior experience in a training role * Communicative personality * Strong teaching ability and ease in delivering instruction * Effective communication and clarity in conveying information * Organizational skills and accountability **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct onboarding training for new employees * Deliver development and refresher training to current team members * Support quality monitoring activities alongside supervision * Cover supervisor vacations and absences when necessary * Ensure correct implementation of company processes and standards * Support the technical and behavioral development of the team **Role Objective** Serve as direct support for employee development, ensuring all employees are trained, aligned, and prepared to perform their duties with quality and high performance.
