Job Summary: Support archival and document management activities, contributing to the organization, classification, digitization, and preservation of documents. Key Highlights: 1. Support the organization’s archival and document management activities; Assist in organizing, classifying, digitizing, controlling, storing, and preserving physical and digital documents; Prepare spreadsheets and reports, verify information, and handle documentation-related inquiries; Support the implementation of archival standards and procedures, ensuring integrity, traceability, and easy information retrieval under technical supervision. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 13:00 hours **Stipend:** R$1\.000,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the organization, classification, and archiving of physical documents; * Verify documents in ERPs (systems); * Update spreadsheets and databases, ensuring information reliability; * Contribute to the preservation, integrity, and traceability of documents; * Support document storage and disposal in accordance with current legislation; * Identify opportunities for improvement in document organization and control processes under supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** Course(s): Archival Science, Health Service Management, Hospital Management.
