As a Change Management Analyst with our client, you will play a critical role in supporting clients’ adoption of new solutions—ensuring clear communication, engagement, and resistance mitigation. Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and execute organizational change management strategies for digital transformation projects; Develop communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to diverse audiences; Map change impacts and propose actions to mitigate risks; Support leaders and teams in adapting to new processes and technologies; Create training materials, guides, and content to support change; Monitor adoption metrics and effectiveness of change initiatives; Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and initiative success. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or related fields); Experience in organizational change management projects; Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter); Strong ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholders; Intermediate or advanced English or Spanish; Competencies: empathy, organization, proactivity, critical analysis, strong communication, resilience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SAP projects or digital transformation; Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP); Familiarity with contract management and service measurement processes. Desirable: Experience with SAP implementation methodologies; Experience in large-scale projects.
