**JOB MISSION:** We are seeking an Operations Consultant to work in the southern region of Brazil, serving as the strategic link between the franchisor and franchise units. This role is essential to ensure standardization, quality, performance, and operational development. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, supporting franchisees, advising on sales strategies, ensuring correct execution of operational processes, and contributing to unit profitability. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct field visits to franchise units; * Apply operational checklists and develop targeted action plans; * Analyze sales indicators, customer satisfaction, profitability, COGS, among others; * Review income statements (DREs) with franchisees and store managers; * Support pre- and post-restaurant openings; Develop and implement strategies to boost results and achieve goals. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nutrition, Marketing, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Organized profile with strong negotiation skills and strategic vision; * Aptitude for data analysis and KPI interpretation; * Prior experience in field consulting and food retail is a plus; * Willingness to travel (approximately 70% of the time); * Own vehicle and valid driver’s license; * Residence in the city or nearby region. * Schedule: 8 days off per month **If you want to join a team passionate about what it does, with sparkle in their eyes and thirst for results, grow with Giraffas!
