**Position: UAN Nutritionist**
**Area:** Collective food service / UAN
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage UAN operations, ensuring quality, food safety, and compliance with sanitary regulations.
* Plan balanced menus according to users' nutritional profiles and company guidelines.
* Supervise kitchen and general services teams, promoting training and good practices.
* Control costs, inventory, procurement, and receipt of supplies.
* Perform production control, technical sheets, and waste evaluation.
* Prepare management reports and unit performance indicators.
* Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration.
* Experience in UAN (industrial restaurants, hospitals, schools, or similar).
* Knowledge of good handling practices, food safety, and sanitary legislation.
* Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience handling large-scale production (>1980 meals/day).
* Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset.
