Job Summary: Act as the primary contact point between the Board of Directors, leaders, employees, customers, and external partners; manage the flow of information; and provide administrative and executive support to senior management. Strategic contact point between the board of directors and partners Act as the primary contact point between the Board of Directors, leaders, employees, customers, and external partners. Manage the flow of information accurately, systematically, and in a timely manner. Provide administrative and executive support to senior management, ensuring organization of schedules, meetings, documents, and strategic tasks. * Organize and monitor the daily activities and schedules of the Board of Directors; * Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting calendars for senior management; * Dispatch documents to the Board of Directors, collect signatures, and prioritize tasks according to established guidelines; * Support and provide secretarial services for Board of Directors meetings, including drafting minutes and recording decisions; * Receive, control, sort, and route electronic communications (e\-mails) related to the Board of Directors; * Manage information, action plans, and follow-up on internal project pending items, including interactions with consulting firms; * Maintain an updated schedule of goals and track ClickUp tasks, monitoring deadlines, following up on responses, and directing information to responsible parties; * Ensure the organization and standardization of strategic and administrative information for senior management.
