Responsibilities: Provide customer service in person or via digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate bill issuance, and other services offered by CEMIG; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
