The position is located at a large-scale industry in Varginha\-MG. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a colorist and general paint preparation. Relevant courses (preferred qualification). Completed high school education or technical training in the chemical field. Availability to start immediately (permanent position). Residence within easy commuting distance. Availability for morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility to work either shift and adapt schedules according to company needs.
