Job Summary: The Civil Artisan is responsible for performing masonry work, material preparation, project drawing reading, finishing tasks, supervising laborers, and organizing the construction site. Reading and interpretation of project drawings SKILLED WORKER (CIVIL ARTISAN) \#1062 Responsibilities: - Perform masonry work, laying of blocks, bricks, floor tiles, and cladding * Prepare and apply mortar, concrete, and other construction materials * Perform basic reading and interpretation of project drawings and measurements * Carry out plastering, rendering, screeding, and finishing work * Guide and supervise laborers' work * Ensure alignment, leveling, and plumbness of structures * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety at the construction site * Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE Requirements * Flexibility in working hours; * Residence in Lavras/MG; * Prior experience in this role is a plus. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–17:00, Friday 07:00–16:00; Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) \- Production bonus: 241.00; \- Transportation allowance; \- Breakfast and lunch provided on site.
