WTA Empreiteira de Mão de Obra is seeking Construction Laborers to work in various regions of Brazil. We are looking for committed, responsible professionals who are eager to grow with us. **Daily responsibilities** The professional will assist in general construction site activities, supporting operational teams and contributing to site organization, cleanliness, and progress of work. **Responsibilities** * Assist in civil construction activities; * Prepare and organize construction sites; * Perform cleaning and organization of the work environment; * Assist in preparing concrete, mortar, and other materials; * Support mason, carpenter, and rebar worker teams; * Carry out basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment; * Work in compliance with safety regulations. **Qualifications** * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to work well in a team; * Willingness to perform operational tasks; * Availability for travel and accommodation (when applicable). **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of civil construction safety regulations; * Experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects. **WTA Benefits** * Competitive salary aligned with market standards; * 100% WTA-covered intercity/interstate transportation (when applicable); * 100% WTA-covered accommodation in the city of the project (when applicable); * Life insurance; Compensation: R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site
