Job Summary:
Nutrition intern for quality control, responsible for product receipt, storage, and dispatch, with focus on good practices and hygiene.
Key Highlights:
1. Support in quality control and product inspection
2. Verification of hygienic-sanitary conditions and documentation
3. Assistance in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
**Responsibilities:**
* Support quality control during product receipt, storage, and dispatch;
* Conduct temperature checks of products and environments (cold rooms);
* Assess hygienic\-sanitary conditions of areas and processes;
* Verify supplier and product documentation;
* Assist in batch control, expiry date tracking, and traceability;
* Support implementation and monitoring of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
* Record non-conformities and follow up on corrective action plans;
* Update spreadsheets, reports, and quality control systems.
**Requirements:**
Currently enrolled in a Nutrition program;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel);
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking;
Good communication skills and proactivity.
