The professional will be responsible for organizing, managing, and facilitating access to information, as well as supporting users in searching for relevant content. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and maintain an up-to-date physical and digital collection; * Assist users, guiding them in searching for and using materials; * Catalog, classify, and index works according to technical standards; * Manage loans, returns, and renewals; * Promote initiatives to encourage reading and library usage; * Update library management systems; * Support educational and cultural activities related to the collection. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Library Science; * **Active registration with the Regional Council of Library Science (CRB)**; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Knowledge of collection classification and cataloging; * Familiarity with library systems and Microsoft Office suite.
