As a Data Analyst, your **key responsibilities** will include: * Creating dashboards for various company departments using Power BI; * Implementing ETL processes, with data extraction from multiple sources such as CSV files and APIs; * Creating, updating, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel; * Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from diverse sources (Databricks, Excel, SharePoint, databases, flows, etc.); * Ensuring consistency, clarity, and reliability of presented information; * Conducting exploratory and descriptive analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Responding promptly and systematically to reporting requests from business areas; * Applying best practices in data visualization to facilitate data interpretation; * Documenting developed reports, KPIs, and processes; * Providing technical support to users regarding report and dashboard usage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in Business Intelligence roles. * Proficiency in **Power BI** (including data modeling and Dataflows). * Advanced knowledge of **Excel**. * Experience with **SQL** for data manipulation. * Knowledge of **DAX and M languages** for calculations and transformations in Power BI. * Experience integrating multiple data sources (Databricks, SharePoint, Excel, databases, flows). * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking to propose data-driven solutions. * Planner-oriented, organized, and results-driven profile. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in technology companies or digital services firms. * Experience in high-demand environments emphasizing **security, reliability, and agility**. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences. **What We Offer** * Innovative and collaborative work environment. * Opportunity to work with industry-leading companies in their respective segments (electronic time-tracking software and digital certification). * Continuous professional development and access to training programs. * Challenging projects with direct impact on customer satisfaction. * Meal Allowance * Unimed Health Insurance Plan * Childcare Assistance * Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave * Birthday Day Off * Discount Club
