Job Summary: Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of products, formulas, and processes, ensuring the company's innovative differentiation. Key Highlights: 1. New product development and formula improvements 2. Conducting internal training sessions 3. Maintaining the company's innovative differentiation New product development, formula and process improvements, and knowledge transfer to maintain the company's innovative differentiation. * Execute and critically analyze low-complexity internal tests for new products; * Conduct internal training sessions related to formula and process creation and modifications; * Update technical lists in the TOTVS system; * Organize the R&D laboratory; * Meet innovation pipeline deadlines.
