




We are hiring a **KITCHEN ASSISTANT/PRODUCTION** to join our team. **Main responsibilities:** \- Assist in the pre-preparation and production of bakery and confectionery items (sweet and savory). \- Prepare and finish dishes following established procedures. \- Produce confectionery items. \- Package products. \- Prepare salads and dishes for brunch. \- Organize and clean the workplace. **Candidate profile:** \- Personal and organizational hygiene is essential. \- Prior experience in confectionery, baking, or professional kitchens. \- Proactivity, agility, punctuality, and interest in continuous learning. \- Basic knowledge of hygiene and preparation of confectionery and/or baking foundations. \- Mathematical and logical skills for weighing and preparation tasks. \- Skills in food cutting and handling. \- Ability to work in a team, with willingness, commitment, and agility. \- Training in good food handling practices is a plus. \- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about Torrones and Chocolates. **Additional information:** \- Salary: R$2,100.00 \- Meal Voucher: R$24.66/day \- Food Allowance: R$430/month \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. \- Days off: Tuesdays and one Sunday per month. Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$2,100.00 per month.
