**Responsibilities and Activities:**
* Contract independent truck drivers and transportation companies, ensuring fleet availability according to the daily schedule, negotiating deadlines, rates, and operational conditions in full alignment with the company's internal freight policies and compliance requirements.
* Support product dispatch to transportation companies as per the established schedule, contributing to the identification, assessment, and selection of partners for domestic and export road transportation.
* Monitor loading and shipping activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines agreed upon with customers (internal and external) and timely shipment execution according to the daily plan.
* Prepare necessary documentation for product pickup or delivery, ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory, and shipping procedures, as well as verifying supplier certifications and documentary requirements.
* Request, verify, and organize shipping documentation related to import and export operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and proper flow for customs clearance.
* Record transactions related to receipt, shipping, and service provision in the system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
* Maintain records of independent drivers and transportation companies, collecting and managing mandatory documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements.
* Analyze and allocate layover occurrences within the operational region, ensuring proper registration and archiving of supporting documentation for audit purposes.
* Interface directly with operations and transportation providers to ensure smooth logistics flow and rapid resolution of transportation-related incidents.
**Required Experience and Knowledge:**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
* Experience in the logistics/transportation sector within the Agribusiness industry.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* SAP knowledge is considered a plus.
* Flexibility regarding working hours.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
