Deadline management and notification tracking. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor administrative processes, provide departmental support, prepare spreadsheets, verify and file documents, manage deadlines, locate and track processes and notifications; * Record document inflow and outflow, sort, verify data and dates, distribute to recipients, issue documents, and arrange necessary signatures; * Verify documents, identify irregularities, check calculations, classify and file; * Update various control systems by collecting and verifying data, comparing and evaluating information to meet departmental needs and support decision-making and analysis by superiors; * Manage contract expiration dates in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, investigate possible amendments to agreed terms between parties, and safeguard the organization's interests; * Verify and enter documents and information into company systems; * Draft and complete documents, prepare addenda, amend contractual clauses, type texts and spreadsheets, update registries, fill out forms, draft memoranda, and dispatch official letters and memoranda per instructions received; * Prepare reports, forms, and spreadsheets by gathering information and verifying indices and indicators; * Prepare calculation spreadsheets, organizational charts, flowcharts, as well as various reports and presentations; * Provide work-related information under supervision, following instructions from immediate supervisors; * Manage consumables and office supplies, verify available quantities, complete requisitions, and request replenishment from the responsible department; * Manage dispatch and receipt of mailbags and correspondence, record information in pre-established control systems, and perform registration where required; * Provide service to the public and internal staff, taking necessary actions for relevant matters; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience; * Comply with Quality, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Currently pursuing or completed higher education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
