We are looking for a Senior Communications Analyst. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support branding planning and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring consistency in positioning, language, visual identity, and 360° campaigns. * Manage multiple communication and branding initiatives simultaneously, ensuring organization, autonomy, and quality in deliverables. * Support social media management, ensuring strategic and operational alignment with vendors, as well as supervising content production for external audiences. * Lead briefing development, create timelines, and approve concepts and materials with communication vendors. * Manage leads and develop nurturing tracks, ensuring creation, segmentation, and evolution of relationship workflows to increase engagement, conversion, and strengthen the brand journey. * Create, analyze, and present performance reports, as well as support the development of corporate presentations. * Assist in managing the budget allocated to the department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency  Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in Marketing **Additional information** * Bradesco health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Private pension plan * On-site meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Total Pass * Education assistance Join NeoOrtho and become part of an innovative company committed to health and quality of life!
