Job Summary: The young waiter apprentice will assist in preparing the dining area, welcome and serve customers, and ensure guest satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Hands-on learning in food and beverage service Vitória Hotel Convention Indaiatuba has 3 open positions for young waiter apprentices. Requirements: currently enrolled in or have completed high school evening classes, aged 18–24, and residing in Indaiatuba. The program includes in-person classes every Monday at SENAC Campinas; from Tuesday to Friday, work at the hotel from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.; and online classes on Saturday mornings. Responsibilities: * Clean the dining area, polish cutlery and glasses, restock sideboards, set tables, and verify menus. * Greet customers, escort them to their tables, present the menu, and recommend dishes and beverages. * Accurately take orders, serve beverages and dishes, check customer satisfaction at the table, and collect used utensils.
