




Job Summary: Work as an External Sales Representative for a cosmetics distributor, conducting visits to beauty salons, prospecting and retaining customers, managing the customer portfolio, and providing post-sales support. External Sales Representative; Cosmetics distributor; visit beauty salons; Own vehicle and Brazilian Driver's License Category B required; Visit and serve customers within the company-defined region; Prospect new customers within the company-defined region; Register new customers in the Sales App to foster loyalty; Maintain regular and close contact with portfolio customers; Keep portfolio customer records up to date; Schedule and update visit agendas according to the monthly calendar, considering national and municipal holidays, local festivals, and events, to maximize coverage on business days; Sell products and services (courses); Negotiate prices and payment terms to finalize orders; Provide product information and answer customer questions; Place sales orders in the Sales App with as much detail as possible regarding the customer’s purchase; Deliver sold products according to the visit schedule; Provide post-purchase customer support, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction; Promote sales strategies via communication channels by posting about products, services, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales; Submit settlement/receipt reports for commission calculation, monthly closing, and target achievement; Suggest improvements to the sales process.
