Job Summary: Assist in the assembly of mechanical and electrical equipment, interpreting drawings, using measuring instruments, and following technical instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Job Description** =================== **Main Responsibilities** Assist in performing activities related to the assembly of mechanical and electrical equipment, following manufacturing drawings and higher-level instructions. Interpret manufacturing drawings and work instructions. Use measuring instruments as required to monitor the process. Understand and comply with all instructions in Technical Documents of Customer Orders and/or Manufacturing Orders. Perform pre-assemblies and assemblies of mechanical and electrical subassemblies at each stage of the process, following manufacturing drawings and work instructions. Carry out mechanical and electrical inspections to release equipment for routine testing. Prepare packing lists and perform subassembly of items. Keep subassemblies, assemblies, and complete equipment properly identified and organized for packaging. Understand and comply with all instructions in Technical Documents of Customer Orders and/or Manufacturing Orders; Comply with all requirements outlined in internal documents regarding safety, health, and environmental protection. Strive for continuous improvement and satisfaction of GE Vernova customers in all operations under your responsibility.
