Responsibilities and Duties As a **Hostess** at the **FIT Group**, you will be the primary link between our customers and the **gastronomic experience** we offer. Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Reception and Welcoming** * Greet customers warmly and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming arrival. * Manage the waiting line with organization and attention. * Escort customers to their tables, ensuring order and fluidity in the dining room. * Provide initial information about the menu and restaurant operations. **Flow Management** * Monitor table occupancy and communicate status updates to leadership. * Coordinate seamlessly with servers and waitstaff to ensure efficient service pace. * Attend to customers’ needs during the first minutes of their experience. **Operational Support** * Support promotional activities, activations, and special events with poise and clarity. * Maintain a clean, organized reception area meeting FIT’s presentation standards. * Alert leadership to any inconsistencies in flow or customer journey. * Requirements and Qualifications We seek a professional who identifies with our purpose and possesses the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline** that strengthens us, **Security** in every action, **Gratitude** that connects us, **Vibrancy** that inspires. * **Technical Skills:** **Clear communication**, **sympathy**, and **proactivity** in customer interaction. * **Behavioral Skills:** **Organization**, lightness in public interaction, and **focus on operational fluidity**. * **Knowledge:** Completed **High School**, interest in customer service, **hospitality**, and **customer enchantment**; proficiency in conversational **foreign languages** is a plus. * **Preferred Experience:** Experience in **restaurant reception** or customer service is a plus.
