Job Summary: Work as an External Sales Representative at a cosmetics distributor, conducting visits to beauty salons to serve existing customers, prospect new ones, and manage the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. External sales with a focus on prospecting and customer retention 2. Full management of the customer portfolio, from registration to after-sales 3. Autonomy in scheduling visits and developing sales strategies External Sales Representative; Cosmetics distributor; visit beauty salons; Must own a vehicle and hold a Brazilian driver's license category B; Visit and serve customers within the company-defined region; Prospect new customers within the company-defined region; Register new customers in the Sales App to support retention; Maintain regular and close contact with portfolio customers; Keep customer portfolio records up to date; Schedule and update visit agendas according to the monthly calendar, taking into account national and municipal holidays, local festivals, and events—aiming to maximize service delivery on business days; Sell products and services (courses); Negotiate prices and payment terms to close orders; Provide product information and answer questions; Place sales orders in the Sales App with as much detail as possible regarding the customer’s purchase; Deliver sold products according to the visit schedule; Provide post-purchase support to customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction; Support sales strategies through communication channels by posting content about products, services, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales; Submit settlement/receipt reports for commission calculation, monthly closing, and target achievement; Suggest improvements to the sales process Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.670,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal voucher Relocation/move possibility: * Varginha, MG: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Preferred) Selection Question(s): * What is your expected salary? * Do you own a vehicle? * Marital status? * Do you have children?
