




Restaurant seeking a Cumim professional in Brasília (Central). **Responsibilities:** Prepare mise-en-place for dining room service, including sorting, sterilizing, and organizing utensils and support materials. Set tables for meals, arranging plates, cutlery, napkins, and other items according to established standards. Assist waiters with guest reception and welcoming whenever requested. Retrieve food and beverages from the kitchen and bar for waiters to serve. Clear tables by collecting cutlery, plates, glasses, serving dishes, and other used items, then transport them to the pantry for washing. Clean and prepare vacated tables to accommodate new guests. Maintain order and cleanliness of dining room facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and Good Practices. Perform other related duties of similar nature, responsibility level, and complexity.
