The Commis will be responsible for supporting food and beverage service, assisting in organizing and sanitizing the environment, as well as helping set up and clear tables, trolleys, and dining areas. It is essential to work following standards of quality, organization, and service excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support waiters during service by promptly fulfilling their requests; * Serve dishes and beverages to customers as instructed; * Collect used plates, cutlery, and other tableware from tables; * Assist in organizing, aligning, and preparing tables; * Keep dining room utensils and equipment clean and organized; * Remove items from tables after service completion; * Support Room Service whenever necessary. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service; * Experience in restaurants or similar establishments is a plus; * Availability to work during the scheduled shifts. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (company covers 50%, with co-payment); * Dental insurance (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Life insurance at no cost to the employee; * On-site meals; * Pharmacy card. **Working Hours:** * 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM – rotating schedule 6 days on / 1 day off; * 4:30 PM to 12:50 AM – rotating schedule 6 days on / 1 day off. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary of R$ 1,697.00; * Variable commission averaging between R$ 800.00 and R$ 1,200.00; * Additional earnings potential based on performance.
