Focus on employee engagement and organizational development **Responsibilities** **JUNIOR HR ANALYST \- CAMPINAS, FULLY ON-SITE** We seek a professional eager to grow and become a generalist and strategic HR practitioner, contributing to aligning employees with organizational policies and culture, supporting R&S and DHO processes, and executing HR and personnel administration activities to ensure employee engagement and meet the organization’s growth and development needs. The company is a growing heavy machinery manufacturer with approximately 60 employees. **INITIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct onboarding processes; * Perform new employee integration and follow-up (onboarding); * Manage monthly timekeeping closure, verify third-party payroll processing, receive and distribute pay slips; * Manage and acquire employee benefits; * Stay updated on current labor legislation and implement necessary routines related to Health, Safety, and Quality of Life; * Comply with labor and social security inspections; * Manage employee vacation and absence records; * Conduct offboarding processes; * Organize commemorative events for employees. **SKILLS TO BE DEVELOPED IN THE SHORT/ MEDIUM TERM:** **The candidate must be willing to learn and assume responsibilities related to:** * KPIs to improve management effectiveness and accuracy in implemented processes; * Organizational climate surveys; * Selection criteria and competency-based management (job descriptions and organizational parameters); * Performance and competency evaluations; * Competency-based recruitment and selection for strategic and operational positions; * Systemic and strategic vision for competency-based management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must reside in Campinas (mandatory \- fully on-site position) * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields * Proficiency in timekeeping and benefits administration routines * Intermediate Excel skills (spreadsheets, charts, formulas) * Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation * Labor calculations * Collaboration * Commitment * Concentration * Initiative * Planning and organization * Results orientation * Assertiveness Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3.000,00 \- R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Screening question(s): * Do you reside in Campinas?
