**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Conduct training processes—from needs assessment through execution—coordinating budgets according to the plan;
Support audits and inspections;
Assist with new employee onboarding by preparing welcome materials and overseeing initial training sessions, as needed;
Continuously update employee records and information in HR systems;
Support the organization of internal and external training sessions, managing attendance lists and evaluations;
Develop and analyze HR metrics and reports, supporting data consolidation;
Support internal engagement campaigns and participate in internal events per the corporate calendar;
Participate in employee and leadership development programs, contributing to the annual plan;
Assist employees with questions related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and procedures;
Experience in manufacturing environments and the automotive or auto parts sector is a plus.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
Experience with TOTVS Datasul system is considered a plus;
Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency;
Willingness to work onsite in the Varginha region.
Experience in manufacturing environments and the automotive or auto parts sector is a plus.
