Our Areas of Operation: * Rio Grande do Sul * Minas Gerais **We invite you to follow our work and join Sicredi Gerações.** #### **Shall we go forward together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Customer Service:** Provide first contact service to members and non-members, either in person or digitally, welcoming and directing them to the channel offering the best experience. Address low-complexity requests, resolving them directly or referring them as needed. * **Follow-up:** Record all service interactions in the Cooperative’s systems, ensuring traceability and continuity of service—including handover to other branch employees when necessary. * **Business Development:** Identify business opportunities during service interactions and refer them to Business Managers or appropriate channels, supporting growth in membership and enhancing branch results. * **Member Guidance:** Support members in using available products, services, and technologies, promoting autonomy and mindful use of solutions offered by the Cooperative. Encourage use of self-service and digital channels, guiding members toward a faster, safer, and more efficient experience. * **New Member Integration:** Assist in integrating new members by introducing Sicredi, its values, and relationship channels—with emphasis on engagement and experiencing cooperation firsthand. * **Community Representative:** Support the organization and execution of Cooperative events within the community. * **Financial Transactions:** Assist in performing financial services such as collections, payments, inquiries, and cash opening/closing at the teller terminal.
