Join us!** **Position Objective** Manage quality and technical documentation for an experimental testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and other applicable requirements, as well as standardization, control, and traceability of test procedures, technical instructions, and records associated with laboratory activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, review, update, and control: + Test procedures; + Work instructions; + Checklists; + Forms, test records, and approval workflows, in accordance with the technical templates used in the laboratory. * Ensure technical documentation is: + Up-to-date; + Approved according to the defined workflow; + Available in the document management system; + Traceable by revision, date, and responsible parties. * Ensure compliance with standard requirements: + **ISO 9001** – Quality Management System; + **ISO/IEC 17025** – General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories; + Applicable technical and regulatory standards for testing (e.g., UNECE, CONTRAN, ABNT). * Support internal and external audits: + Preparation of documentary evidence; + Participation in ISO audits; + Handling of nonconformities and corrective actions. * Provide technical support to Engineering and Laboratory departments: + Ensuring procedures are clear, executable, and aligned with actual laboratory practices; + Incorporating continuous improvements into documents (lessons learned, layout changes, new equipment). * Maintain control of documents related to: + Instrument calibration; + Technical competence; + Operational safety; + Test and post-test records. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in: + Engineering; + Technology; + Quality; + Or related fields. * Demonstrated knowledge of: + ISO 9001; + ISO/IEC 17025; + Quality management systems and document control. * Experience with: + Development and management of technical procedures; + Documentation for testing, physical, or environmental laboratories; + Regulated industrial or laboratory environments. * Ability to read and interpret: + Technical standards; + National and international regulations; + Complex test procedures. **Desirable Requirements (Differentiators)** * Experience in laboratories for: + Mechanical testing; + Experimental testing; + Vehicle or automotive safety. * Prior knowledge of: + UNECE / ECE Regulations; + Vehicle type-approval requirements; + ISO 17025 audits\. * Experience with document management systems (QMS, EDM, SharePoint, etc.). * Technical English for reading standards and procedures. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail; * Analytical and critical thinking; * Strong written communication (technical clarity); * Ability to collaborate across technical departments; * Discipline in version control, deadlines, and approvals. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
