We are seeking a Production Assistant to operate presses and compaction equipment. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that raw materials are transformed into finished or semi-finished products strictly adhering to established standards for density, weight, and strength. Main Responsibilities Press Operation: Assist in loading molds and dies with raw materials. Process Control: Monitor the compaction cycle and carefully extract compacted parts to prevent breakage. Standard Verification: Perform frequent weighing and thickness measurements of compacted parts to ensure batch standardization. Material Preparation: Assist in mixing inputs prior to entering the compaction line. Organization and Cleaning: Keep presses and the work area free from excess dust or residues, ensuring equipment preservation. Palletizing: Place compacted products onto trays or pallets for the next stage. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education. Concentrated attention to identify visual variations in the product (cracks or filling defects). Preferred: Prior experience in production lines or hydraulic presses. Basic knowledge of precision scales. Basic computer skills desirable. Must reside in Juiz de Fora.
