




Job Summary: Inatel is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at the Internship Center (NESP), supporting the interface between Inatel and the job market, serving students, and organizing events. Organize and monitor area-related events Inatel is recruiting an Administrative Assistant to work at the Internship and Professional Services Center (NESP). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the NESP coordinator in establishing and maintaining the interface between Inatel and the job market, identifying and publicizing internship and employment opportunities, and providing support to companies choosing to conduct selection processes on the Institute's campus; * Serve current students and alumni; * Organize, record, and monitor events under the responsibility of the area; * Keep the alumni registry and records up to date; * Conduct surveys with alumni (e.g., employability index); * Support activities required by the Inatel Alumni Association (ADINATEL). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or related fields; * Experience in customer service and administrative routines; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Forms, Internet). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Work Location:** Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí - MG.
