JOIN US AND GROW! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Operational and Production Control** * Monitor mining activities, verifying compliance with operational safety standards and adherence to quality parameters required for stockpile formation, ensuring production targets and process stability are met. * Monitor all activities comprising the production process—including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and mineral processing—ensuring compliance with operational parameters and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. * Support the supervisor in daily production scheduling and target control. * Control volumes moved (ROM, waste, intermediate stock, and homogenization stockpiles). * Be responsible for compliance in opening Anomaly Reports (AR) and handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to mining and mineral processing operations, * ensuring deadlines are met, actions are traceable, and record-keeping is standardized. * Monitor and prepare seismographic reports applied to rock blasting, ensuring compliance with environmental conditions and adherence to limits established by competent authorities. **Diagnosis, Recording, and Planning** * Record operational data and production indicators in spreadsheets and corporate systems, supporting managerial analysis and reporting. * Be responsible for compliance in opening Anomaly Reports (AR) and handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring traceability and standardization of records. **Applied Technical Knowledge** * Support the application and control of drilling and blasting parameters, ensuring operational efficiency and granulometric control. * Apply basic concepts of geotechnics, mineral processing, and raw material quality control. * Use measurement tools and operational control software (Excel, AutoCAD, Power BI, Studio OP, among others) to support production management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in mining. * Intermediate level of computer literacy. * Knowledge of limestone mining for cement production purposes. **Additional Information** Benefits that make a difference: Meal Voucher Health Plan – nationwide coverage Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Program Life Insurance Access to gyms and wellness programs for you and your dependents Childcare Allowance Mamãe Supremo Program – special benefit for pregnant employees Home office during the first month after returning from maternity leave Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR) Supremo Secil Cimentos is part of the Secil Group, a reference in the Portuguese cement industry with over 90 years of experience, presence in eight countries across four continents.
