Supporting teams in applying best practices for loss prevention We are looking for a committed professional to join our team as a **Loss Prevention Assistant**, directly responsible for controlling, monitoring, and reducing losses across store departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor loss metrics across departments to contribute to their reduction; * Audit loss entries to ensure correct classification and recording; * Identify potential discrepancies, operational failures, and opportunities for improvement; * Support teams in applying best practices for loss prevention; * Conduct verifications and other related activities. **Requirements:** * Attention to detail and critical thinking; * Organization and accountability; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Basic computer and system knowledge; * Flexible availability, including weekends; * Prior experience in this field is a plus.
