




Description: Requirements Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Geography, Forestry Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Biology; * Solid knowledge of image processing; * Experience in geoprocessing applied to thematic cartography projects. Desirable: * Knowledge of Python, with focus on data manipulation; * Familiarity with Google Earth Engine; * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics applied to geoprocessing. Main Responsibilities * Work on native vegetation monitoring projects using remote sensing, artificial intelligence, and data modeling; * Perform orbital image processing and enhancement (color composition, histogram adjustment, format conversion); * Conduct visual interpretation of satellite imagery; * Ensure topological and geometric consistency of vector data; * Perform audits and verification of commission and omission errors; * Prepare qualitative and quantitative assessments of monitoring results; * Calculate percentages and absolute values of vegetation suppression/decrement, both numerically and spatially; * Analyze the relationship between vegetation suppression data and environmental constraints (Rural Environmental Registry [CAR], environmental permits, Atlantic Forest Law, Conservation Units, among others). 251222020249843875
