Here, you will engage daily with real-world railway challenges and have the opportunity to contribute to critical processes that impact system reliability and safety. **How will you make a difference?** As a team member, you will support the Reliability and Drive Test teams by assisting in initial failure analysis and logging tickets in Redmine/SalesForce, ensuring system reliability; executing and supporting field tests based on defined procedures, recording results, contributing to requirement verification and validation, providing basic technical support to partner departments, and continuously developing your knowledge of the involved systems. **What do we want to know about you?** * Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or Engineering; * Knowledge of railway operations (desirable); * Knowledge of system automation (desirable); * Ability to analyze algorithms; * Knowledge of programming languages; * Knowledge of computer networks; * Practical oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely; * Developed analytical skills; * Prior customer service experience; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); * Intermediate English; * Knowledge of agile methodologies, SCRUM, Kanban, and others; * Willingness to travel. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Assist in ensuring the reliability of the railway control system; * Assist in log collection, initial failure analysis, and tracking of incidents reported by customers. * Support diagnostics, participate in defect analysis, and collaborate on drafting basic procedures. * Contribute to preparing monitoring reports and updating reliability information. * Configure and organize log copies, analyze alarms from monitoring tools, and forward them for technical review. * Support technical meetings with customers and interactions with internal departments within the defined scope. * Participate in assisted operations, on-call duty (24 hours x 7 days), and supervised support routines. * Execute field tests on locomotives following defined procedures, record results, and support integration with PTC system areas. * Continuously develop knowledge of embedded systems, infrastructure, integrations, and PTC processes. * Participate in technical meetings and discussions with customers. **Benefits:** At Wabtec, people come first.
