




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide in-person customer service. * Receive and assist customers courteously and friendly. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Maintain the service area clean and organized. * Collaborate with other customer service representatives to ensure quality service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in high school and/or undergraduate studies in administrative or related fields; * Microsoft Office suite; * Basic computer skills; * Portuguese language proficiency; * Good typing speed. **Additional Information** * Internship stipend: R$830; * Transportation allowance; * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Morning shift start time: 09:00 to 14:12 * Afternoon shift start time: 12:48 to 18:00 * Saturdays: 09:00 to 13:00 * Weekly hours: 30h Job Type: Internship Work Location: On-site
